Whiteboards create ideas

Getting ideas out of staff is hard, often your staff will have tons of ideas about new products changes to procedures which can earn more money but then don’t have an output. A great way to do this is to have whiteboards with pens ready at any time to place ideas on. It’s something that many companies promote that staff can get up and doodle an idea out.

Once they have an idea out and written on a board a good option is to provide a camera or let the staff use their camera phones to record what was written, notes then can be written up at a later date.
