Tea Money

Making staff pay for tea is a bit of joke in counties like England and India. Due to the reliance of tea from a young age in England and India staff that don’t have tea in the morning and break will work slower and produce poor quality work.

Recently big brother presenter Davina McCall was unable to have any tea and this harrowing picture was released to the press.

Asking your staff to pay for tea should also be banned, it’s not that expensive to buy tea bags, water is free and milk. It’s something that could help staff moral if tea was made free.
