Office Conditions

Office conditions are very important to staff happiness and production levels. A poor environment means poor levels of work both volumes and quality. For example, if your chairs are uncomfortable then staff will have to stand up and stretch their backs, less time at the computer.

Too hot and your staff will be going to the water fountain a lot, then in turn going to the toilet, that’s if they are not asleep due to the heat.

Too cold and people won’t be able to type as their fingers will be numb. It’s all about getting the conditions correct. Once they are the right job will be done.
