Create Custom Forms in Outlook rather than HTML templates

You may have several process’s in your business for sending forms from one department to another. It might be the case for a request for a holiday or an order for stationary. Often people set up html templates or html stationary that outlines the data needed.

In the example of a holiday order the details would include the number of days off, start date, end date, reason for leave. It might be some e-mails come back with a piece of information missing. With custom forms you can build a form that requests information to be filled into boxes. Verifcation checks can then be added so that the users entered the “correct” information e.g. a number or a date.

So next time you are looking at internal emails do consider setting up custom forms on outlook.
